Is bleeding normal after two days of using Arilin vaginal pills, given that I am on contraception?

Good morning.
After using arilin vaginal tablets for 2 days, I just started bleeding. I'm on contraception (Slinda) because of endometriosis and I shouldn't have my period. Is this a normal effect after the drug? Should I be worried?

Bleeding after using Arilin vaginal tablets is not uncommon.

Arilin, which contains metronidazole, can affect the body's hormonal balance, which sometimes leads to mid-cycle bleeding. Patients using hormonal contraception, such as Slinda, may experience changes in their menstrual cycle, especially when introducing new medications. It's a good idea to monitor your symptoms and consult your doctor if bleeding persists or gets worse to rule out other potential health problems.
