Taking both drugs at the same time is not recommended. Omeprazole may reduce the absorption of the active substances in Epclusa, leading to a reduction in the antiviral effect. If omeprazole needs to be taken, Epclusa should be taken with food at least 4 hours before taking omeprazole.
