Combining Eliquis (apixaban) with CBD oil can increase the risk of bleeding, as CBD can affect the metabolism of the drug by acting on liver enzymes (especially cytochrome P450). This can lead to an increase in the level of apixaban in the blood, which increases the risk of side effects such as bleeding.
