Both drugs contain thiazolidine carboxylic acid at a dose of 100 mg and have the same indications for use. The list of excipients of Timohep does not include ingredients that could affect the effectiveness of the drug (or lack thereof), moreover, unlike Heparegen, it does not contain lactose, so it should be better tolerated by the gastrointestinal tract. I encourage you to analyze other potential causes of the deterioration of test results. Consultation with a doctor is recommended.
