The interval between Evra contraceptive packs cannot be more than 7 days, so if you want to change the day of applying the patch, the 3rd patch should be removed on Wednesday and the new one should be applied immediately on the following Friday.
Information in the summary of product characteristics regarding the change of bleeding date:
"If a woman wishes to postpone the "Patch Change Day", the current cycle should be completed by removing the third EVRA patch on the correct day. During the week when you are not using the patch, you can choose a new "Patch Change Day" by applying the first EVRA patch of the next cycle on the day of your choice. Under no circumstances should the interval between the use of the patches exceed 7 consecutive days. The shorter the interval, the greater the risk that a woman will not experience withdrawal bleeding, and in the next cycle of using contraceptive patches, intermenstrual bleeding and spotting may occur.
In order to postpone menstrual bleeding by one cycle, the woman must put on the next patch at the beginning of the "Fourth Week" (on "Day 22"). Then there will be no break in the use of the patch, intermenstrual bleeding or spotting may occur. After another 6 weeks of wearing the patch, you should take a 7-day break. After this time, regular use of the EVRA patch should be resumed."
