Hello! I was found helicobacter pylori and the doctor prescribed me to take Pylera and Omeprazole for 10 days, I am worried about only one thing, what can I eat and drink while taking antibiotics and what do I need after the end of the course so as not to harm my body? I didn't find anything specific on the Internet, on one site they write one opposite on another.

During Helicobacter pylori treatment, which includes the use of Pylera and omeprazole, an easily digestible diet is recommended.
You should eat lean meat (e.g. poultry), cooked vegetables, rice, bananas, berries, etc. Fried foods, alcohol, strong coffee and tea, as well as products that cause flatulence, should be avoided. You should also not eat or drink dairy products (e.g. milk or yoghurt) or drinks with added calcium during treatment, as this may affect the effect of the medicine.
After the treatment, it is worth introducing probiotics and taking care of a healthy, balanced diet to support the intestinal bacterial flora.
