Can I get an e-prescription if I don't have a PESEL number?

Hello, I'm EU citizen and I don't have Polish PESEL number. Is it possible to get e-prescription from Polish online websites like e-recepta.net, when my BMI is 35? Thank you!

In the case of people who do not have a PESEL number, it is possible to issue a prescription in electronic form. Other ways of identifying a patient are, for example, a passport number. When performing it, it is then necessary to show an image of the prescription with a barcode, which should be generated by a doctor. It is not excluded that the image of the document will be transmitted electronically.

I don't know if the portal you provided allows such an option. I also do not know what drug you are asking about, because not all drugs can be prescribed without prior examination of the patient.

In order to obtain medical advice, and as a consequence, perhaps a prescription, I encourage you to use the teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
