I have not found "Depretin" in the list of drugs registered in Poland, if you want to ask about Debretin or Debridat, please read on. Otherwise, please clarify the question.

Debretin and Tribux are replacement preparations. Both contain the same active substance – trimebutin, which acts on the motility of the gastrointestinal tract. These medications are available only on prescription and are used to treat bowel motility disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal pain and bowel movement problems. Both drugs work by regulating intestinal peristalsis, which can provide relief from digestive ailments.
