Hello, for a thick sinus runny nose I got a recommendation at the pharmacy to give a 6-year-old Colgrip to drink. The leaflet says do not give to children. It is a supplement based on herbs to support the respiratory system. Can or can't it be for a child? I'm🙈 stupid

Although Colgrip contains herbal ingredients to support the respiratory system, it is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Colgrip is a preparation intended to treat the symptoms of colds and flu, but the manufacturer clearly warns against its use in children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.
It is definitely better to consult with your pediatrician before giving any supplement or medication to your child to avoid potential side effects.
