A 0.9% NaCl solution (not 9%) should be used for Berodual, the use of 3% salt will not be appropriate, as it has a slightly irritating effect on the respiratory tract, which is supposed to stimulate the ciliary reflex and cause expectoration of secretions.
For example, you can use Berodual with 0.9% NaCl, and in the morning, when the secretion is difficult to expectorate, you can inhale it with 3% NaCl.
