I use Primolut-Nor for 4 months and bleeding appeared , why?

I have been taking Primolut Nor 10 mg for 4 months, but now I have bleeding. What does that mean?

I do not know in what specific indication or how you use this drug. Uterus/vaginal bleeding, including spotting, is one of the very common side effects when using the drug in endometriosis. Adverse reactions should be reported to the attending physician and individually (we wrote how to do it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane). The occurrence of slight bleeding in the case of bleeding due to functional disorders should also not be alarming, it may occur.

If the bleeding does not stop, is severe or is accompanied by other disturbing symptoms, I encourage you to consult a doctor immediately. It is also possible to make an appointment for a teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek portal (in Polish):
