Does eating potassium-containing foods during treatment with Carzap pose a risk of hyperkalaemia?

Hello
In the description of this carzap powder it is written that you have to be careful with potassium, I have been taking this pill for some time and I consume products that contain potassium such as cereals, cheese, beetroot because I am on a diet, should I reduce the consumption of food with potassium, hyperkalemia may occur???

Standard meals – unless deliberately fortified – do not contain amounts of potassium that would pose a risk of hyperkalemia. In the case of cardiac treatments, it is worth checking the level of potassium in the blood from time to time. I encourage you to perform such tests. In the case of increased concentration, a diet with a reduced amount of this element should be introduced.
