The summary of product characteristics of Hydroxycarbamid does not indicate a risk of interactions with concomitant use of vitamin D3 and K2 preparations. Due to the specificity of the ailments for which this drug is used, I encourage you to discuss any additional supplementation with your treating physician.
Vitamin K1 (involved in the coagulation process) has a different function than K2, which - in combination with vitamin K1. D - has a positive effect on bone metabolism in the prevention of osteoporosis.
