Should I stop or switch to a lower dose Staloralif I have nausea and vomiting?

Good morning. My daughter has been taking Starolal since 19.12 according to the recommended scheme. She has been nauseous for about 2 weeks, and in the last week she vomited 4 times without any stomach discomfort.
She has an appointment with an allergist in a few days. Should I stop taking her medication or switch to a lower dose?

It is not recommended to discontinue or modify the Staloral treatment regimen without consulting the treating physician, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the desensitization process. Side effects usually occur in the first weeks of treatment and resolve spontaneously over time. Discontinuation of the drug may be considered if the use is associated with too much discomfort and the patient is unable to function normally.
