Is it possible that alcohol drunk 13 hours after taking Acodin can make you feel strange?

Yesterday evening at 8 p.m. I took 1 tablet of acodin, today at 9 o'clock I drank 100 ml of vodka, I feel very strange, is it possible that acodin is still in the body after 13 hours ??? How much acodin stays in the body?

The antitussive effect of Acodin lasts about 5-6 hours, while the elimination of the drug varies from person to person, so it is difficult to give a clear answer to the question whether the active substance was still in the body after 13 hours (theoretically - it could have been). Acodin should not be combined with alcohol, as it may increase its effects and increase the risk of side effects. Confusion (and other psychological disorders) may occur while taking Acodin. It is also worth remembering that chronic use of this drug can lead to addiction.
