After what time of application Amoksiklav Should Quicktab be an improvement? When to see a doctor?

Hello
My son has been taking the antibiotic amoxiklav Quicktab 625mg (500mg + 125mg) for a long day, and for four days he has a fever of almost 39 in total, but I don't allow such a high fever because he suffers from epilepsy. Since when should there be an improvement?I will add that he has a stuffy nose and takes metmin, I don't know how to relieve him because he can't even blow it out and breathe at least a little through his nose. When should I see the doctor again?metmin has also been taking for 2 days.

The duration of Amoksiklav Quicktab (amoxicillin with clavulanic acid), after which improvement can be noticed, depends on the type and severity of the infection and the individual body's response to treatment. Usually, symptoms such as fever disappear within 2-3 days of taking the drug. It may take a little longer, 2-5 days, to unblock the nose.

If there is no improvement after 3 days from the start of therapy (e.g. fever persists, symptoms do not subside or even worsen), you should see a doctor.
