A capsule of Utrogestan should be inserted deep into the vagina. Both before and after application of the capsule, hands should be washed thoroughly.

Use the preparation as directed by your doctor.

Depending on the indication, the recommended dosage of the preparation may vary -
In the case of support in in-vitro fertilization cycles, the preparation is most often applied in the morning, at noon and in the evening, one capsule each. In the case of preventing premature birth, some patients are most often recommended to apply one capsule of the drug a day, before bedtime.
