What can be the cause of spotting after two years of taking Probella?

Hello.
I've been taking probelle for about 2 years and show up for the first time spotting. I would like to add that I have been after a visit to the gynaecologist for 3 days and according to the doctor everything is fine. And I've been on a diet for a week now. What can spotting be caused by?

Spotting during the use of Probella, even after a long time, can be caused by hormonal changes, stress, dietary modification or weight loss.

A new diet, especially if it's low in calories or elimination, can affect your hormonal balance, which sometimes results in spotting. It is also worth observing whether the symptoms are getting worse and, if necessary, consult the gynaecologist again. If spotting persists, you may want to consider testing your hormone levels or other factors, such as infections or stress.
