The summary of product characteristics does not indicate a risk of interactions when the two preparations are used concomitantly. Prokit is a drug that has an effect in the upper gastrointestinal tract, accelerates gastric emptying and intestinal peristalsis, so a time interval should be kept before taking another drug (e.g. 2 hours). No pharmacologically relevant interactions have been demonstrated with most drugs metabolised in the liver.
