Can you take Duloxetine and Quetiapine in the evening with an hour apart?

Hello, help. The psychiatrist prescribed Duloxetine to replace quetiapine because quetiapine no longer helps. And psychiatry prescribed Duloxetine 30 mg, and change the dose of Quetiapine to 150 mg, (now I take 200 and there is no result that was once at a dose of 50 mg).
Please tell me if it is possible to drink Duloxetine and Quetiapine in the evening with an interval of 1 hour?

Yes, Duloxetine and Quetiapine can be used at the same time, including in the evening if your doctor has told you to. An hour interval between them is acceptable and can help you tolerate medication better.

Duloxetine works mainly on depression and anxiety, and Quetiapine can support mood stabilization and sleep, so their combination is often used in therapy. In some cases, to avoid treatment interruption, Quetiapine and Duloxetine may be used concomitantly for some time in decreasing and increasing doses, respectively.
