Dicloduo is a preparation containing diclofenac, substances with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. If you are referring to Dicloduo Combi, it is a product containing diclofenac and omeprazole, which reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Nexium contains esomeprazole, also a substance that reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
You can combine Dicloduo and Nexium if it results from the recommendation of the doctor who prescribed the preparations. The simultaneous use of Dicloduo Combi and Nexium requires consultation with a doctor, due to the repeated substances from the same group in the preparations, which increases the risk of side effects.
