No, you should not combine both preparations. During treatment with Recigar, you should stop smoking or using other nicotine-containing products (including nicotine patches) no later than 5 days after starting therapy. Smoking or using other nicotine products may increase the side effects of Recigar and therefore reduce the success of treatment.
