Hello, for a long time I have been struggling with urinary tract ailments, pain, burning in the urethra, etc. Vaginal swab showed Streptococcus bacteria
agalactiae, I was given the antibiotic Clindamycin. After 3 days of use, the symptoms disappeared, unfortunately the day after the end of antibiotic therapy, all the symptoms returned. Does this mean that the antibiotic was poorly selected or its dose was too low?

Perhaps the antibiotic therapy was carried out for too short a time or the dose was insufficient.
Please consult your doctor again. You may need to resume antibiotic therapy or use an antibiotic that works tightly within the bladder (e.g., Monural: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/50320/monural-granulat-do-wytworzenia-plynu/apteki?pvid=44943#stacjonarne)
According to the manufacturer: "Depending on the severity and location of the infection, 600 mg to 1.8 g of clindamycin per day is used in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age. The daily dose is given in 3 or 4 divided doses."
