Can Pluscard cause erythrocytes in urine?

Hello
I started (cardiologist's recommendation) to take Pluscard. After a year of taking the drug, erythrocytes appeared in the urine sediment (nothing else). Is it normal when taking this drug or should you consult further the appearance of erythrocytes in the urine? Please let me know, I'm a little worried. Thank you, best regards

Yes, erythrocytes may appear in the urine when using the Pluscard. This is one of the side effects of the drug. Still, the appearance of erythrocytes in the urine is best discussed with your doctor to discuss abnormalities in the test results.
