If you need to use a PPI, you can take any medicine, such as pantoprazole or omeprazole. Medicines in this group do not interact with sertraline (the active substance in Miravil).

If you have Dexilant and it has been used successfully before, there are no contraindications to resuming the treatment and combining it with Mirabil. However, Dexilant is a prescription drug and should be used after consulting a doctor.

A break of about 2-3 hours should be maintained between these preparations.
