Is the use of the preparation Ryaltris can cause drug-induced rhinitis?

Good morning, I was recommended for rhinitis allergic to dust mites the ryaltris nasal spray. Since I don't use Nahrimed spray to avoid any rhinitis medicamentose, could ryaltris also create rhinitis medicamentose? Thanks in advance.

Narhimed and Ryaltris contain active substances with different mechanisms of action.

The active substances in Ryaltris are olopatadine and mometasone. They work synergistically, by inhibiting inflammatory mediators, and anti-inflammatory. The drug is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Narhimed contains xylometazoline, which constricts the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, thus locally reducing inflammation. It is indicated for short-term treatment of rhinitis - it should not be used for about 5 - 7 days.

Long-term use of xylometazoline may contribute to drug-induced rhinitis, which is not observed in the case of preparations containing olopatadine or mometasone.
