The mechanism of action of Narivent may cause increased nasal discharge shortly after application (mannitol contained in the spray increases the flow of fluid from the mucosa to the nasal cavity). If the child is in a lying position at this time, a cough reflex may occur (you can try to upright the child for the duration of Narivent administration). As a rule - the product should not cause a prolonged wet cough. A runny nose itself can also intensify the cough reflex. In such a situation, it is worth seeing a pediatrician.

On our website, you can check the availability of medications and make a reservation at the pharmacy, and in the case of OTC products - orders with pick-up on site or home delivery (also via Wolt):

A hopeless preparation!!. Immediately after application, there is an intensely extracting discharge, tickling and sneezing. The swelling does not decrease and the mucosa is even more irritated. As a result, after 30 minutes I reached for xylometazoline. I've tried it several times since I bought it and each time the effect is none, and in fact worse. The drug is disposed of. For me, a failure.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
