Starting Duphaston one day earlier than recommended (day 15 instead of day 16) should not significantly affect its effectiveness, as long as it is used as directed by your doctor for three cycles. Duphaston is used from the second half of the cycle to the first day of the next cycle, and it works by regulating progesterone levels, which is important in the treatment of various hormonal disorders.
