Do not combine drugs containing sildenafil (Viagra, Inventum, Mensil, Maxigra, etc.) with Nedal because of the risk of a sudden drop in blood pressure (risk of fainting, collapse). In addition, other medications that lower blood pressure can also affect the severity of side effects.
