Can I use Pecto drill on a 5 year old?
Hello, persistent runny nose in a 5-year-old 2 weeks over, inhalations, hypertonic water, pelavo nose and sinuses, can I give pecto drill to thin the runny nose? The child is running down the back of the throat, if so, in what dose?

Pecto drill is a preparation that reduces the viscosity of mucus and facilitates expectoration. It is a prescription medicine, so it should be taken according to the instructions given by the specialist.
According to the Pecto Drill dossier, the recommended dosage for children aged 2 to 5 years is 2.5 ml - 5 ml twice a day.
