Which wholesalers deal with importing Tentin? I asked in every pharmacy in the area, in none of them they have the possibility to download.

At the moment, Tentin 5 mg is available, and a dose of 10 mg is expected to be available in pharmacies next week. There are currently no plans to supply doses higher than 10 mg.

I'm repeating my post from a few days ago. I went to other pharmacies, various chain stores and independent ones, and NONE of them has this drug in the SYSTEM, not to mention wholesalers. How is it that the drug is supposedly already in Poland, and pharmacists make big eyes at the name Tentin and search for this drug in google, because they don't find it on their computer in the system? With Elvanse, there was no situation that before it was widely distributed, it was not found. After all, this is some kind of paranoia.

When I have been asking about Tentin in pharmacies over the last few days, including one 24-hour pharmacy highly valued for the availability of medicines, they do not even have this drug in their systems, and with Elvanse, for example, before it entered pharmacies, there was no such situation. Your competitors also do not search for Tentin at all. I hope that in the next few days everything will be cleared up, although with a dose of 5 mg.

I'm "raising" the question about the estimated price of Tentinu 5 and 10 mg? Have I seen anywhere else information that Tentin 20 mg is supposed to cost about 700 PLN? Should the Tentin 5/10 be similarly priced or cheaper?

Yes, the regulations allow you to dispense 2 packs of 5 mg for 1 pack of 10 mg. Narcotic drugs (Rpw) are not excluded and replacement will be possible.

At the moment, the drug in a dose of 5 mg is not yet available for sale, so we are not able to indicate the pharmacy that has the drug.

After all, the total value of the active substance will coincide in such a case. I have a prescription issued in mid-February and I am afraid that its validity period will expire before the date of delivery of the drug to the pharmacy. I would be grateful if you could point out a pharmacy that is already able to fill a prescription for this drug.

This also applies to Tentin, which, despite not being approved for use in adults, can be prescribed to this group of patients if the doctor considers it justified and takes responsibility for such a decision.

Currently, in Poland, stimulant drugs are not covered by reimbursement for adults.

I would like to ask if tentin or dexamin containing dexamfetamine can be used in adults with ADHD/ADD? The leaflet says only about children and adolescents up to 17 years of age, but what about adult patients? If the drug with Methylphenidate will work poorly or its side effects will be significant, the only alternative is Elvanse, which has no reimbursement and is cosmically expensive. Is it possible to obtain a drug with dexamfetamine through parallel import and is there a chance to receive a refund for it?
