Hello. Can I use Hashimoto's kerabione booster? He also uses biotebal. Kerabione booster is supposedly very good, but I read that there are soy lecithins and I don't know if it won't hurt me, because soy is not good for hashimoto.

Soy may affect thyroid function and the absorption of levothyroxine, which is used to treat Haschimoto and hypothyroidism. It is recommended to avoid soy and products containing soy lecithin in the diet of people suffering from Hashimoto's disease.
The soy lecithin contained in Kerabione Booster is not one of the active ingredients of the supplement. It is an excipient, an emulsifier that ensures the durability of the emulsion contained in the capsule. Nevertheless, if you have thyroid disease, it is worth choosing a preparation that does not contain soy lecithin in the composition.
