When using Plavix and Acard, avoid medicines containing ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid (in higher doses) and other NSAIDs, as they increase the risk of bleeding. Preparations with paracetamol for fever and pain will be safer, e.g.:

Apap cold: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/116962/apap-przeziebienie-max-proszek/apteki

For rhinitis, decongestant drops (e.g. with xylometazoline) applied topically will be good, e.g.:

Sudafed HA:https://www.gdziepolek.pl/products/75304/sudafed-xylospray-ha-aerosol/pharmacies

In cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Gdańsk, Łódź, Szczecin, Białystok, Poznań and Chorzów, products can be ordered with instant delivery even in 1 hour thanks to the Wolt Drive service - check if the service is available in your location:
