Can you combine an antibiotic Ospamox and Phlegamine syrup?

Good morning
I'm taking ospamox 2x1(1000mg) Can I syrup for this flegamine what interval Can it be combined

I will add that I am diabetic (2x1 tab) and I have hypertension (1x1 tablet in the morning) and at night 1 tab of aspirin 75mg
