No-spa is a spasmodic medication that can reduce the discomfort associated with dysmenorrhea. Sometimes it is also necessary to use painkillers such as Paracetamol or Ibuprofen. On the Polish market, there are combined preparations containing both a spasmodic and an analgesic component, dedicated to patients with menstrual pain, e.g.:
