Is the worsening of breakouts 3 days after starting Soolander treatment a normal reaction before improvement?

I have been using soolantra for 3 days for demodicosis without having been diagnosed with rosacea. I notice an aggravation (white-headed pimples) in certain areas, especially around the eye. Is this a normal reaction before an improvement?

"Patients may experience a transient exacerbation of rosacea symptoms, which usually resolves within 1 week of treatment, due to the reaction to mite death (Demodex). In the case of severe worsening of symptoms with a severe skin reaction, treatment should be discontinued."

If the changes are very severe, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist. The ocular form of rosacea may require the implementation of additional medications.

Rosacea is an ailment that requires a holistic approach to treatment. It is worth taking into account dietary recommendations plus possible supplementation of vitamins/minerals, etc. and appropriate daily care tailored to the needs of sensitive skin.
