Good morning, the doctor prescribed me ventolin 3 x 2 and budesonide 2 X2 . After the first dose of ventolin, my cough and wheezing of the trachea intensified a lot, everything went away after an hour from the inhalation, is it a normal reaction or is it better to stop taking the drug and consult a doctor. And whether the use of ventolin with budesonide 10 minutes apart is correct. Thank you

The use of Klacid (an antibiotic from the macrolide group) in combination with Ventolin and Budesonide is safe because there are no significant interactions between these drugs.
It is important to monitor your health and possibly consult a doctor if you experience worrying symptoms. If you have any doubts or experience side effects, it is recommended that you contact your doctor.
I still have one last question whether you can take the Klacid antibiotic with ventolin and budesonide because I have to finish it or if there will be any interaction.

To @Magda:
For Budesonide, the recommended dose for adults is usually between 200 and 400 micrograms twice a day, so you should give it every 12 hours unless your doctor tells you otherwise. It is important to use the medication regularly and as directed by your doctor, avoiding skipping doses.
If you are to administer two doses at once, there is no need to take a break between doses.
The therapeutic effect of Budesonide begins after a few hours, usually within 6 hours of administration. Noticeable effects can occur after 24 hours, but the full benefits of the treatment are only achieved after 1-2 weeks of regular use.
And if my mother takes two doses (tablets) of budozenide, or between one and the other tablet, should I take a short break, as in the case of ventolin, it is 30 seconds, because I can't find it in the leaflet.

It is possible that your cough may get worse after the first dose of Ventolin (which contains the active substance salbutamol). Salbutamol is a bronchodilator that acts on the smooth muscles in the airways, causing them to relax. This can lead to increased airway patency and, in some cases, irritation of cough receptors, which can trigger coughing, especially during the first few uses. However, this cough should disappear after a few doses or as the body gets used to the drug. If the cough is very bothersome or does not go away, you should consult a doctor.
Ventolin (salbutamol) and budesonide can be used together 10 minutes apart. This combination is often recommended for the treatment of asthma or other obstructive pulmonary diseases. It is recommended that Ventolin be administered first because it dilates the bronchi, which makes it easier for budesonide (which is an anti-inflammatory drug) to reach the finer bronchioles in the lungs later on.
