Should I increase my dose of Duphaston if I miss my period again after the initial onset of menstruation?

Bjr to you
I took duphaston and my period came (because I went 6 months without seeing them) Now my period has stopped. Should I take more duphaston for the coming months???? To have the bleeding?

Duphaston is often prescribed to regulate the menstrual cycle, especially in the case of hormonal disorders. If menstruation has occurred after starting therapy and then stopped again, this may suggest the need for hormonal reevaluation or treatment adjustment.

In this situation, I encourage you to consult your gynaecologist again, who will assess whether continuation of Duphaston is advisable and in what regimen it should be used based on tests (e.g. hormone levels and ultrasound).
