Aspargin is a medicine that contains magnesium and potassium. It can be taken regardless of the activity undertaken (also before intercourse).
Indications for use:
- supplementing magnesium and potassium deficiencies
- with arrhythmia and hyperactivity of the heart – especially against the background of magnesium and potassium deficiency;
- prophylactically in ischemic heart disease, at risk of heart attack;
in post-infarction convalescence;
- after infectious diseases or surgical procedures in the course of which magnesium and potassium have been lost;
- as a drug counteracting the adverse effects of long-term use of cardiac glycosides and diuretics (e.g. thiazides, furosemide).
