How to discontinue duloxetine in pregnancy?

Good afternoon. I have been taking duloxitin 30 mg for back pain for 4 months, 2 days ago I found out that I was pregnant. The pregnancy period is 5 weeks, the connection with the doctor was cut off because at the moment I am abroad. Please tell me how to stop taking duloxitin? And how dangerous is the intake in the first weeks of pregnancy? I am very worried about the unborn child. Thank you for your answer

Duloxetine is discontinued by tatration as directed by medical advice. If contact with a doctor is difficult, it is possible to use teleconsultations through Gdziepolek:

https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja

Results from two large observational studies in women in the first trimester of pregnancy taking duloxetine do not indicate an increased risk of major congenital malformations. The analysis of individual malformations, such as heart malformations, did not give conclusive results. Duloxetine should only be used in pregnant women if the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks to the fetus. Therefore, you should inform your doctor immediately if you are pregnant.
