After 6 weeks of using Soolantra, there is no improvement - should the treatment be discontinued?

I have a question, I have been using soolantra ointment for 6 weeks... I don't see any improvement because my face is very red and I have a lot of red pimples on my cheeks with a white center, these pimples are small, they look like porridge... I have the impression that it is getting worse and worse... I don't know what to do.. whether to continue or stop using

The first days of using Soolantra may not bring any improvement, and even cause a temporary exacerbation of disease symptoms, which is related to the action of eliminating skin mites. If the situation persists for a long time, you should consult a dermatologist. Lack of improvement after 3 months of use is an indication to discontinue the treatment, while in the case of hypersensitivity, it is recommended to change the treatment strategy at a faster time.

On our website, you can take advantage of a teleconsultation with a dermatologist - the service is available on our website in the e-visit tab:
