There are no contraindications to the combined use of the above preparations, but it is worth taking different products at different times of the day to avoid excessive strain on the stomach. Some preparations, e.g. magnesium, may require several doses during the day (this is better than taking several tablets at once).
The need for vitamin and mineral supplementation usually results from deficiency conditions diagnosed by a doctor (e.g. blood tests, assessment of general health). Some conscious patients are able to assess for themselves magnesium deficiencies, which manifest themselves, for example, in painful muscle cramps.
Indications for the use of the above preparations:

- Vitamin B compositum: prevention and treatment of complex deficiencies of B vitamins in the following circumstances:
- periods of increased demand (fever, burns, alcoholism, pregnancy and breastfeeding);
- chronic and debilitating diseases;

- gastrointestinal diseases associated with vitamin absorption disorders;
- digestive disorders.
