Can I replace a defective aspirator at the pharmacy with a copy of my bank payment?

The aspirator lasted for a couple of days, because the batteries are of poor quality and oxidized, and I did not take the check at the pharmacy, but there is evidence that I bought from them (bank transaction). Can I demand an exchange for the same aspirator?

You should go to the pharmacy with a bank payment confirmation and equipment with defective batteries. You can also check if replacing the battery will not solve the problem. If you made a purchase a long time ago, the pharmacy may refuse to refund your money.
