Is it after Clemastinum Hasco can there be a thickening of the runny nose and nasal congestion?

Good morning
can Clemastinum Hasco be followed by a symptom of nasal congestion and thickening of the runny nose? My son gets it in the evening, 2 ml and when he gets up in the morning he is very blocked and the runny nose remains thick, so he breathes through his mouth.
