My husband has a drug problem, mainly with cocaine. He takes Zoloft and Encorton, and a urine drug test shows the presence of cocaine. My husband says he doesn't take anything. Is there a possibility that the test falsely shows cocaine?
I know that the indicated drugs may indicate the presence of drugs in the urine, but the most common indications in publications are the presence of amphetamines and THC.

In the available literature, I do not find information that the components of Zoloft and Encorton affect the result of a cocaine test.
It should be noted that the other results on the test are negative. If Zoloft had actually affected the test result, a positive result would have also appeared in the window for THC.

Talk to your husband again or, with your husband's consent, ask for a blood lab test.
