Can Zolmitriptan be combined with Mydocalm Forte 50mg for migraine and shoulder pain?

Can Zolmitriptan be combined with Mydocalm Forte 50mg? I have a migraine attack, but also shoulder pain and I don't know if I can combine these two drugs, and my head hurts so badly that I'm about to get out of myself.

Yes, you can, especially if you are using your medication as directed by your doctor.  Zolmitriptan, used to treat migraine, has no direct contraindications to use with Mydocalm Forte, however, caution should be exercised.

Both drugs act on the central nervous system, which can lead to increased side effects such as drowsiness or dizziness. If these medications are used concomitantly, it is recommended that you consult your doctor, who can adjust the dosage and monitor for possible interactions.
