Is the incorrect result of laboratory tests the result of an ongoing infection and medications taken?
50.00 zł

Last week I had a pain in my ear and teeth - I was taking sinus ibuprofen. Then I had a high fever - I took a lot of ibuprom (the dose lasted for 6 hours), I also took a dose of nurofen forte and a total of 5 tablets of encorton.

I did blood tests. There are many deviations from the norm in morphology. Leukocytes are too few - I have 2.72.

Could this be the result of this treatment and a plethora of painkillers, antipyretics and anti-inflammatories?

Abnormalities in laboratory test results may result from both the current infection and medications taken, e.g. Encorton. Among the medications you have taken, Encorton can affect the test results. Low leukocyte levels may indicate an ongoing infection. A doctor should be consulted to interpret the test results.

If stationary contact with a doctor is difficult, it is possible to use teleconsultations through Gdziepolek:
