How long before drinking alcohol should I stop taking Mysimba and after how long can I take it again?

I have a corporate event and I take Mysimba medication. How long before drinking alcohol do I have to stop taking the drug? And after how long to take back?

Mysimba (naltrexone/bupropion) should not be combined with alcohol, as this can increase the risk of side effects such as seizures, gastrointestinal problems or central nervous system disorders.

It is recommended to discontinue the drug at least 48 hours before the planned consumption of alcohol. It is best to start resuming therapy only after the complete elimination of alcohol from the body, which usually takes a minimum of 24-48 hours, depending on the amount of alcohol consumed. In any case, it is worth consulting your attending physician.
