A decrease in blood circulation in the extremities (which could cause your feet to freeze) is a rare side effect of Zoloft. It is difficult to assess whether the problem will intensify in the following weeks of taking the preparation. Patients quite often observe transient side effects of antidepressants and deteriorated well-being during the first weeks of treatment. If the problem does not go away on its own, it is advisable to consult the doctor in charge of the treatment.
