My doctor prescribed me Biseptol for a testicle contusion - is this the right treatment?

Hello, I have a question, I have an injury to the right testicle, it happened at work by a strong blow with a blunt metal instrument, tests showed a strong contusion of the right testicle with an extensive, irregular hyperechoic area spreading cavinally, the doctor in the A&E department prescribed me biseptol 960 10 tab. And a probiotic, but from what I have read, the drug is for bacterial infections, I wonder if there was any mistake

Biseptol is a medicine used to treat infections of the m.in urinary tract. Without knowing the exact medical history, I can assume that the purpose of such a treatment could be, for example, to reduce the risk of infection in the injured area of the testicle (especially if there is blood in the urine). A contusion accompanied by a hematoma (and this is indicated by the description) can be treated symptomatically - cold compresses, rest, painkillers (e.g. paracetamol, ibuprofen), comfortable clothing that does not press on the intimate area. Serious injuries such as a ruptured testicle are treated surgically.
